Aligned Enchantment Book Club

As a wellbeing coach, I know that sticking with behaviors that lead to your goals can be challenging. I also know that helpful self-reflection practices, like journaling can be powerful, but difficult to stay consistent with. But as the author and artist of Aligned Enchantment, I know the magic comes when you add your wisdom to the pages.

Aligned Enchantment is an opportunity to journal for 100-days about the things that matter most to you. The things that light you up and make you feel alive. It provides a space to imagine, wonder, and reflect.  It helps you set intentions for how you want to be today and what you want your impact to be in the future.

Aligned Enchantment: Book Club

When: June 3rd - September 10th  (100 Days)

Sign up by May 23rd!

Format: Online

  • Private Facebook Group to share daily reflections and build connections with others through shared wisdom in a brave space

  • Monthly Zoom Group Health Coaching sessions our experiences, insights, and support the practice of journaling. 

  • Topics will include: 

    • Setting an intentional time for journaling

    • Focusing your attention throughout the day on what’s most important,

    • Noticing attitude shifts from cultivating a positive mindset and also sitting with difficult emotions

    • Taking inspired action & reflecting on the impact you want to make in the world

  • Dates and times will be determined by best availability of the group.

    These will be recorded and shared in the private Facebook Group for those that are unavailable.

  • Access to an online private Facebook group for connecting daily on reflection questions

  • Four 1-hour Group Health Coaching sessions (June, July, August, September)

  • A signed copy of Aligned Enchantment: 100-day Self- Reflection Journal for you to have or gift to a loved one if you already have one.

Alignment

Research has shown that mindful awareness combines Intention, Attention and Attitude (Shapiro, et al. 2006).

Through my work with Art of Presence, I’ve built upon this model to also include Action and Impact because when you focus on how you want to be, it changes what you do and how you do it.

The art of mindfulness practice is discovering how these components interact and support one another.

Setting an intention for how we want to feel; how we want to be; and how we want to show up in the world purposefully focuses our attention, aligns our attitude, and moves us toward inspired action. It also helps us build our reflective capacity. In times when our impact doesn’t match our intent, we have an opportunity to make amends and work to heal wounds and old patterns.
