My name is Rachel Gilbertson and I have a passion for supporting whole-person and collective wellbeing. I know my work in the world is to help people access their inner knowing, trust their intuition, and take steps in the direction of their desires.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience and am intrigued by exploring what inspires our spirits and expands our soul’s expression.
For me, this results in a feeling of Empowerment, Embodiment, and Enchantment. Through my work, I walk alongside others as they reclaim their access to wisdom, wellbeing, and wonder by practicing curiosity, compassion, and creativity.
My love of learning has led me to earning an undergraduate degree in Community Health Education, a Masters of Education and a graduate minor in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a certified Intrinsic Coach, an A.C.E certified personal trainer, and a mindfulness facilitator.
I’m also an artist and author am committed to following inspiration, tuning into intuition, and trusting the unfolding to see what emerges. Although art is often made in solitude, I believe it is a healing form of connection.
I want to live in a world where everyone is free to be their full self and is supported in designing a life aligned with their dreams. I feel fortunate to get to share my life in Northern Minnesota with my husband, three kids, three dogs, and two cats. We enjoy everything from life’s big adventures to finding the extraordinary in the ordinary.
